We had new A/C duct lines replaced in our residence during the week of April 4-7, and would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding, indeed, excellent service we were given by Mr. Ricardo Cividanes (Residential Specialist), who visited and provided the cost estimate, and your two Trinity installers, Ruben Falcon & Mike Ricklick, who carefully and diligently removed the old system and replaced it with new ducting. Corroded and dusty to say the least, these two gentlemen covered, swept and maintained a sparklingly clean environment throughout the operation. It was hot and cramped but they completed the job on time; a most "refreshing" experience that deserves recognition by Trinity. Their work ethic was impeccable.

Our recommendation is strong and unequivocal. These gentlemen performed professionally. individually, and as a team and we thank them and Trinity for the pride taken in their work and the respect gendered in the workplace, our home. Friendly and
well organized, theirs was an exemplary performance. Congratulations! We are delighted by a job well done and will echo our satisfaction to neighbors and friends.

Please accept my sincere thanks for coming to our friends rescue Monday evening, October 18, 1999. Our friends Bill and Valerie Douberley, were in San Francisco, California on vacation. Valerie's mother, 89 years old, was left behind with a consortium of neighbors, friends, and a college student to oversee her safety and comfort. Valerie's mother, Ana, is almost totally bedridden and though sharp as a razor mentally, suffers from many physical maladies. No sooner had our friends left town Hurricane Irene hit and knocked out the AC. A neighbor across the street called his "regular guy" who came running but gave up trying to fix this Lennox 2 speed unit. The call came to me from San Francisco for help and your company got the call. Your technician arrived and promptly took care of the problem. That we expect. The interesting thing was how friendly, comforting, courteous, and professional Mr. Crawford was. These qualities you don't expect but these are the qualities that endear one company over another.
