Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to fill out mail-in forms or wait for a check?
No. 2026 Carrier Cool Cash rebates are instant rebates. The applicable rebate is subtracted directly from your invoice at the time of purchase as a separate line item.
What are the important program deadlines?
Qualifying equipment must be purchased between August 1 and November 20, 2026, and installation must be completed on or before December 20, 2026.
Can I qualify if I only replace one unit?
Yes. Although complete qualifying systems can receive the highest rebate amounts, certain individual Carrier heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and other equipment may qualify for unit-only rebates.
Can Cool Cash rebates be combined with financing?
Eligible Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer transactions may combine Cool Cash rebates with qualifying promotional financing, subject to Carrier program requirements.
Are rental properties or new home builds eligible?
No. The promotion is intended for qualifying replacement or add-on installations in eligible single-family primary or secondary residences.
